Terms & Conditions – Limousine Vancouver Transportation

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Limousine Vancouver Transportation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card or other arrangements made by the company.
  • Full payment is due prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Rates are subject to change based on vehicle type, duration, distance, and special requests.
  • Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or cleaning fees.

 

  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will be charged 100% of the fare.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the fare.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

 

  1. Conduct & Safety
  • Passengers must behave respectfully and follow driver instructions at all times.
  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • In accordance with British Columbia’s Liquor Control and Licensing Act, consumption or possession of open alcohol is strictly prohibited in all vehicles, including limousines, regardless of passenger age or intent. Limousine Transportation Vancouver enforces a zero-tolerance policy:
    • Passengers must not bring, possess, or consume alcohol inside any of our vehicles.
    • If alcohol is discovered during a trip, the chauffeur is legally obligated to terminate the ride immediately in a safe manner.
    • Violations may result in refusal of service, forfeiture of payment, and potential reporting to authorities.
    • Operators who fail to comply with this law risk losing their operating license.
    • This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all bookings, including private events, airport transfers, point to point transfers, weddings, and graduations. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the client.

 

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the client. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Cigarette burns or smoke-related damage
    • Broken glassware, mirrors, or bar fixtures
    • Ripped or torn upholstery, including seats and headliners
    • Damaged window glass, doors, or interior panels
    • Tampering with or breaking electronic components, such as the stereo system, lighting controls, or TV screens
    • Stains, spills, or excessive mess affecting carpets, seats, or any interior surface
    • Vandalism or intentional destruction of any part of the vehicle

 

A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any mess requiring professional detailing. Repair costs will be assessed by a licensed technician, and the client will be invoiced accordingly. Refusal to pay may result in legal action and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

  1. Service Limitations
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk or violates these terms.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to change due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other external factors.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • Limousine Vancouver Transportation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or events due to delays beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
  • By booking and utilizing the services of Limousine Vancouver Transportation, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
    • Passenger Safety and Personal Responsibility

While our chauffeurs are trained to assist passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle safely, Limousine Vancouver Transportation shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained due to slips, trips, falls, or accidental contact with vehicle surfaces. Passengers are responsible for exercising caution when entering, exiting, or moving within the vehicle.

 

    • Waiver of Liability for Personal Injury

Clients and their guests agree to release and hold harmless Limousine Vancouver Transportation, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from personal injury, including but not limited to head injuries, bruises, or other bodily harm incurred during the use of our services.

    • Assumption of Risk

By entering the vehicle, passengers acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and agree that Limousine Vancouver Transportation is not responsible for any injuries resulting from passenger actions, footwear choices, attire, or failure to follow safety instructions provided by the chauffeur.

    • Special Events and Attire

We understand that special events may involve elaborate attire (e.g., wedding dresses, formal wear). Clients are advised to take extra care when entering and exiting the vehicle. Limousine Vancouver Transportation is not liable for damage to clothing or accessories, or injuries resulting from restricted movement due to attire.

    • Indemnification Clause

The client agrees to indemnify and defend Limousine Vancouver Transportation against any claims brought by passengers or third parties for injuries or damages allegedly sustained during the provision of limousine services.

  • By confirming a reservation, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this liability disclaimer.

 

  1. Public Commentary and Online Reviews

Limousine Transportation Vancouver values transparency, professionalism, and the constructive exchange of feedback. To preserve the integrity of our services and the reputation of our company, clients are respectfully advised of the following terms:

  • Feedback and Resolution Protocol

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction directly to our management team prior to posting public reviews. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally and view direct engagement as the most effective path to mutual understanding.

  • Responsible Use of Public Platforms

Clients agree not to publish or disseminate false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content regarding Limousine Transportation Vancouver, its employees, or its services on any public platform, including but not limited to Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media or review sites.

  • Non-Disparagement Commitment

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to refrain from any public statements—written or verbal—that may reasonably be interpreted as disparaging, damaging, or injurious to the reputation or business interests of Limousine Transportation Vancouver.

  • Review Dispute and Remediation

In instances where a review is deemed to violate these terms, Limousine Transportation Vancouver reserves the right to request its removal or correction. Continued violations may result in refusal of future service and/or pursuit of legal remedies.

  • Public Response Rights

Limousine Transportation Vancouver reserves the right to respond publicly to reviews or commentary in order to clarify facts, address inaccuracies, or defend its reputation. All responses will be conducted in a professional and respectful manner, without disclosing private client information.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

  1. Changes to Terms
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
