Important Rate Information

The rates listed below apply exclusively to hourly rentals – ideal for weddings, graduations, city tours, and other bookings of 2 hours or more.

Please note:

  • Hourly minimums vary by location. Cities such as Squamish, Whistler, Abbotsford, Langley and Surrey etc. may require longer minimum bookings.
  • These rates do not apply to point-to-point transfers (e.g., airport pickups or drop-offs, point A to B transfers). For flat-rate pricing on transfers, please contact our office directly at 604-561-9059 or info@vancouverlimoonline.com
  • Rates are subject to change during peak seasons and high-demand weekends.

To ensure transparency and clarity, please review the following details related to our rates and services:

  • Taxes, gratuity, and fuel surcharge are not included in the listed rates and will be added to the final invoice.
  • Airport parking fees apply as follows:
  • $20 for SUVs and Sedans
  • $25 for Luxury Vans, Stretch Limos and Stretch SUV Limos
  • A $25 surcharge applies for VIP Meet & Greet services at the airport.
  • Child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) are available upon request for $20 each.
  • All vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking.
  • Point-to-point transfers and flat-rate bookings include travel time.
  • Tolls and additional parking charges may apply in certain cities.
  • Discounted packages are available for proms, weddings, and graduations, based on bookings of 4 hours or more.
  • Gratuities typically range between 15% to 20%, depending on service level.
  • A 5% tax is applicable on the total amount.
  • Hourly rates listed are standard prices and may vary during peak seasons or high-demand weekends.

If you cancel the service 24 hours before the booking, it will be non-refundable.
