This means you don’t have to carry your luggage and come up to the street level to find your Vancouver limousine driver. We do pickups from the airport bringing you to the cruise terminal and vice versa. At Vancouver cruise terminal the pickup process is very straightforward. When you disembark the ship you will meet the greeter outside who will ask you for the company name. Once you provide the company name they will call your driver to come inside the terminal. Our drivers are fully licensed and have a port pass to do the pickups inside the terminal. We have all kinds of vehicles such as sedans, suvs and vans. Just to let you know stretch limos are not allowed inside the terminal so for stretch limo bookings passengers will be picked and dropped off at street level.

Yes! Our drivers have port passes that allow them to enter the terminal for pickups and drop-offs. However, stretch limousines are not permitted inside and must use the designated street-level pickup area near the Pan Pacific Hotel.
After exiting the ship, inform the ground transportation personnel that you have a limousine booked with us. They will call your driver to come inside the terminal for pickup.

The wait time typically ranges from 10 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Our drivers wait in a holding lot approximately 10 minutes away, but due to congestion near the terminal, please allow for extra time.
The journey takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes during regular traffic conditions.
Once your driver arrives inside the terminal, the ground transportation staff will call your name to direct you to your vehicle.
